About Karen Lang

Before pursuing a career in massage therapy, I spent over 30 years in the financial industry and as an administrator at a local university. It was during a massage that I felt called to the incredible profession of massage therapy and became a licensed massage therapist through the Ann Arbor School of Massage, Herbal & Natural Medicine.

With my previous profession, I understand being overworked and under-well. As part of my massage therapy education, I realized the importance of taking time for ourselves and feel honored to be able provide healing modalities to others. My goal is to help others feel amazing, so they have the energy and strength to live their best lives.

I am a licensed massage therapist, with a specialty in oncology massage. I am certified in Manual Lymph Drainage by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and trained in Oncology and Hospital Massage through Corewell (Beaumont) Health’s Integrative Medicine. Additionally, I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and in Reiki through Corewell (Beaumont) Health’s Integrative Medicine Reiki training program and Dona Duke, RMT.
